Sell used vehicles, including a wide range from city cars to SUVs, ensuring customer satisfactionAssist customers in selecting add–on products such as accessories, finance, insurance, and extended warrantiesKeep customers informed about vehicle delivery timelines and resolve any queries promptlyCollect payments and explain warranty and service arrangements effectivelyIntroduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle featuresBuild strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsMaintain detailed and accurate records of sales activitiesWork independently to maximise every sales opportunityAttend training courses to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniquesRequirements as a Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience in vehicle sales, preferably within a franchise–approved dealership environment; experience outside franchised settings also consideredStrong sales track record with excellent customer relationship skillsConfidence in presenting vehicle features and explaining finance optionsDriven to meet and exceed sales targets with a professional approachFull UK driving licence with minimal pointsDemonstrated commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and personal developmentAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentFlexibility to work across a 5–day week, Monday to Saturday, with some late shifts and working on Sundays during peak months (March and September)If you are an experienced Car Sales Executive eager to join a forward–thinking dealership and develop your career, we want to hear from you.
