Chalk Hill Garage

The independent Chalk Hill Garage (Est 1927) has had only 4 owners in its 78-year history. The latest being the family owned Cis-Tek (UK) Group headed by former racing driver Lance Blackledge and his wife Irene. They purchased the site in 1992 and Lance & Irene having started business in Dunstable in 1966 embarked on a complete knock down & rebuild to bring the garage, workshop, petrol forecourt and shop up to modern standards. In the process a new MoT Class IV Testing Station was built and a car showroom extension added.

This with the declared intention of offering clients quality service and initially at least, pre owned vehicles, which had undergone proper servicing, refurbishment where required, and strict safety checks prior to being offered for sale. All vehicles being covered by an in house parts & labour warranty. Clients are people who choose to favour us with their business. Most of our clients are on first name terms with our staff who are always happy to help.
