About the Bentley Arnage
Produced from 1998 to 2009, the Arnage was Bentley's flagship saloon, available in several variants including the Red Label, T, R and final edition models. Early cars featured a BMW-sourced 4.4-litre V8, but the preferred models use Bentley's own 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing up to 500bhp. Mileage is less critical than service history and condition, as these cars were built for high-mileage use when properly maintained. Full Bentley dealer history adds significant value, whilst independent specialists are acceptable if documentation is comprehensive. Specification matters enormously - models with rear entertainment systems, upgraded audio and bespoke colour combinations attract premiums.
The most desirable variants are the Arnage T and R models with the 6.75-litre engine, whilst early BMW-powered cars are less sought after.
