Kitchen area: complete with added microwave. Gas Hob, Grill, and Oven. Storage space over head cupboards and shoe rack where old gas fire was.

Underneath cupboard is LED lighting for mood lighting or partying. New lighting interior (nice and bright).Exterior body is in really good condition for its age. New tyres, new red bead piping, additional lights been added front and rear. No known leaks.
The van is CRIS registered and etched on windows. We have ran it on 240v. Not used the 12v. Front centre window has crack but watertight.
The caravan is sited At Mablethorpe and will need collecting from there by arrangement.
