For sale is our lovely Bailey Unicorn III Cordoba 2016 model. Unfortunately as our kids are now grown up and at university, we haven't been able to use the caravan much over the last few years and as it's such a lovely caravan, it makes sense to pass it on to a family that will look after it and enjoy it as much as we have.
We've taken great care to look after the caravan - we bought it brand new from Chipping Sodbury Caravans in Bristol, who are Bailey dealers and servicers. And they have serviced the caravan every year since. As a result, we have a full service history and to confirm, there has only been one very careful owner - us.
The caravan is spotlessly clean. Its layout features a massive lounge at front, with two full-size single beds towards the rear (big enough for my son who’s 6ft 2), and an end bathroom / shower including Thetford cassette toilet.
The caravan has an enormous amount of features fitted as standard (I'm sure I've missed loads out) including:
• Carpets (still in original packaging and never used)
• ALDE central heating system and radiators (the best thing ever!)
• Daewoo microwave oven
• JVC DAB radio
• Full-size Dometic fridge with separate freezer

The caravan is fitted with a remote control Truma Trumove T twin axle motormover - which was fitted by Chipping Sodbury Caravans on the day we picked up the caravan (cost £1,350 to fit).
There's a full set of all paperwork available, including full annual service history, CRIS Registration Document, AL-KO Secure Lock registration and Tracker (GPS anti theft tracker) membership.
Awnings/accessories are available separately if you'd like them, and include:
• Dorema full-size awning – Multi Nova Excellent 18 with curtains, upgraded fibreglass poles, storm straps and pegs (cost over £1,600 new)
• Half-size Outdoor Revolution Porchlite 280 awning (cost £200 new)
• Full size groundsheet
• Full length Bailey twin axle wheel arch cover
• Pro-Tec towing jacket for front of van (no longer in best condition, but works fine).
Water accessories are also available separately, if you'd like them, and include:
• Aquaroll mains adapter
• Aquaroll extension hose
• Whale Watermaster mains water connection
• Long length of waste hose (approx. 5m-10m worth)
Other accessories are available separately, which are handy for the first-time caravanned, and include:
• Spare leisure battery
• Mains hook up electric cable
• Milenco towing mirrors x3 (one for each side + spare)
• Fire extinguisher
• Tyrepal TC 215B monitor.
