Full year mot & a fresh service to go with the complete history, it’s only on 30k and drives really nicely, it’s also just passed it’s hab check to prove all the electrics and gas are 100%
I’ve had a damp report done too, as honesty is the best policy, It had a small roof leak over covid which went unnoticed as the van wasn’t in use, luckily right above the kitchen sink so nothing got damaged, I’ve since had the van roof resealed everywhere and no more leaks. I’ve also got a ceiling panel coming to change it over, Which I can either do or sell with the van with, I’m open to offers and have priced the van with this in mind hence the lower price, there are some for 25k
This has been a great family van that we bought of a friend who owned it from new
Everything works as it should, it’s even got a little tv with DVD player that works on 12v, inspections and test drive welcome.
