We are selling our very reliable diesel Smart Forfour that we have owned for over four and a half years. We have had up to 60mpg from it and as low as 43mpg in the town.
We have replaced it with a hopefully more economical Toyota Prius hybrid.
In recent years all the brakes have been replaced including the calipers. The rear wiper motor and the tailgate door catch have also been replaced. All normal servicing has been done by myself and anything else by the local garage. This unusual small car has an excellent Mercedes 3 cylinder engine and is the more powerful 95bhp model. It has had a recent Mot and is still in use so the mileage will go up slightly.
It is fitted with a towbar that has only pulled a small trialer that is also for sale.
It is in excellent overall condition for it's age with very little rust underside. Two remote keys are present including all the books and a stack of garage receipts, The service history is present also including the V5. Collection from the Longside area. Parts are reasonable as it shares the same parts as a Mitsubishi colt.
Road Tax is also cheap at £135 per year. There is also a Parrot hands free phone kit installed.
