As you can see by the photos the caravan is in very good condition. It is a 2004 model and as had very little use in the last 7 years due to my fathers age he as now decided it is time to retire from caravanning. It comes complete with a motor mover waste and water carriers porch awning and a full size awning which we have never put up. Inside it as built in microwave full size cooker and fridge cd player etc. It as a rear dressing room with step in shower, toilet, and separate wash hand basin. It also as wet central heating which can be run on gas or electric and you can program it as you would at home (no more waiting for caravan to warm up). It also as a alarm fitted which allows you to turn the lights on before you enter which my father found useful on dark pitches. Im sure ive missed lots first to see will buy any inspection welcome priced to sell be quick.
