Description:

2007 Transit day van / camper / motor home / race van. Mot to May 2016. Available for sale from 20th of August or sooner if plans change. Full hi - roof with good head clearance, Rock & roll double bed with under storage, single or double front seat, Walk trough from cab front to back, 3000w inverter 240v mains, Over head locker storage, slim line kitchen units top & bottom, 15" LCD TV with roof aerial, Rotary roof ventilation, black out window blinds, Separate toilet / wash room, Large stainless steel sink, Waste water tank, Room for shower (not yet fitted), night heater & hot water geyser (needs connected). This is a 2007 Ex - crew van that I have converted to a day / campervan to attend the motorbike road racing this summer. I have used it all summer traveling to race meetings & touring the coast line all over Ireland and it has been a pure joy to drive & use. I chose the transit for its reliability and low maintenance costs. Being an Ex - crew van for remote working it had a lot of expensive gear already in place like the night heater & hotwater system. I have built the van to suit my own needs although if you're looking to travel Europe it could do with a shower & a stove. I only used a portable stove for cooking on the table for handiness. I looked for a reasonable priced camper long & hard before I started this project and could not find anything to suit my budget as most coach built wagons in the 2005 - 2008 range go for £10.000+!!! And even the converted ones not a lot less. The pictures I have not do justice, viewing is recommended. I'm advertising it at £4800 Ono considering an standard empty 2007 transit van average price can range from 4 - 5 thousand this has to be good value.
