New to the market, Sabre 27 "Pelagos" Built-in 1971. This mkII version Sabre 27 is designed by Alan Hill and built by Macron Yachts. The Sabre 27 is bilge keel cruising boat with a solid construction, a very generous cockpit, and is an ideal boat for local cruising.
Pelagos has some additional features which make her stand out. Most noticeably the generous cockpit space has an owner designed cockpit tent, which features additional opening windows, together with a Webasto outlet feeding warm air into the cockpit, this area can be used all year round, and neatly folded away when sailing, there is a cleverly designed cockpit table too.
Below decks, the saloon dinette area converts into a double bed, there are port and starboard aft quarter berths too and a focused cabin to accommodate 2.. The galley features a very efficient fridge, the boat is also fitted with hot and cold pressurized water. There are 3 Webasto heater outlets in total.
Pelagos was re-engined in 2012 with a Beta 16hp which was serviced in September 2019. The boat is complete with fenders, anchors, mooring equipment, comprehensive manuals, numerous spares etc.
The owners have been very happy with their yacht and only selling as they are retiring from sailing.
